Membership Advisor (full-time & part-time)
The dual sales & service role of a Membership Advisor at WoW is to help new members make the decision to join the club, and to deliver friendly & efficient front desk customer service while accurately processing all daily transactions.
It's also important to note that the Membership Advisor position is the starting point for all our future Membership Supervisors, Assistant General Managers, and General Managers.
Getting more people in the state of New Jersey started on an exercise program is a primary focus of WoW. Every single month our Sales & Service Department helps thousands of people make the decision to take that first step to start living a healthier life. Our Membership Advisors set appointments, give facility tours and enroll new members.
In addition, WoW is known for providing exceptional front desk customer service – and most of this is delivered directly by our Membership Advisor Team. Our Membership Advisors are stationed at the front desk area of the facility and are recognized as the true heartbeat of the club – responsible for all customer service inquiries, daily transactions, internal marketing promotions, and facility access of members & guests.
Exceptional training and outstanding company systems enable our Membership Advisor Team to enroll new members and run the front desk like a finely-tuned machine. Through structured training, you'll learn exactly how to help a new member make the decision to join the club and how to deliver exceptional customer service.
