By entering the Win A Free Lifetime Membership To WoW Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), you acknowledge that you understand and will abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules.

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes winners will be selected each calendar month for the previous calendar month that the Sweepstakes is promoted and entries are received - except for May 10-31, 2010 when there is 1 winner picked each Thursday - this is the "Sweepstakes Period".
  2. ENTRY. To enter the Sweepstakes, one must: (1) complete an entry form, which will be made available at http://workoutworld.com/jerseystrong/. Only one entry per person will be accepted for each monthly drawing; duplicate registrations for an individual will be eliminated. Contestants must complete an entry form for each individual Sweepstakes period. Entry forms will not carry-over from one Sweepstakes period to the next. For those persons unable to complete the online form, an entry form may be obtained by sending a postcard with full name, postal address, phone number, and email address to "Win A Free Lifetime Membership To WoW Sweepstakes", 781 Brick Blvd, Brick, NJ 08723. Any mail-in entry that is illegible, incomplete, late, or does not carry the proper postage, will be disqualified.
  3. ELIGIBILITY. Notwithstanding the limitations provided herein, the Sweepstakes is open to all U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older by April 15, 2008. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, or managers of WoW Work Out World ("WoW Work Out World"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, or participating sponsors or promotional partners, or the immediate family (defined as current spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) of such individuals and persons living in the same household are prohibited from winning the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and to accept the decisions of WoW Work Out World as final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
  4. THE PRIZE. Sweepstakes entrants are eligible for the following Grand Prize: One Lifetime Membership To WoW Work Out World - defined as one lifetime membership which includes access to all WoW Work Out World Corporately owned New Jersey locations. “Lifetime” is defined as the full time period starting from the date the Winner is notified of which WoW Work Out World is owned by WoW Work Out World. Additional services may be purchased separately. WoW Work Out World will award up to (100) Grand Prize ("Prize") per Sweepstakes Period. Quantity of Grand Prize Winners is based on quantity of Sweepstakes Entries within a Sweepstakes Period - which is defined as (1) Grand Prize Winner per (1000) Sweepstakes Entries within a Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be selected at random by http://workoutworld.com/jerseystrong/, based on entries obtained via Website registrations and Eligible Mail-In Entries during the specific Sweepstakes Period. The prize drawing for the Sweepstakes will be held on or around the first month after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
  5. CONDITIONS.
    1. Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes apply and are the sole responsibility of the winner of the Prize. The winner of the Prize may be required to sign an IRS form W-9 or the equivalent.
    2. Liability Release. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless WoW Work Out World, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective directors, managers, officers, shareholders, members, employees, representatives, attorneys and agents from any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from any prize or the Sweepstakes, including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes, and any claim or cause of action of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, injury, death, property damage and claims based on right of privacy or publicity, or defamation.
    3. Illegal Tampering. If WoW Work Out World determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, WoW Work Out World, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to void any entries submitted fraudulently or to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes. Any deliberate attempt by an entrant or any other individual to damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, WoW Work Out World reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
    4. Limitation of Liability. WoW Work Out World and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, webhosting, and Internet access providers are not responsible for incorrect entry of information by entrants, or technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, entry materials that have been tampered with, human error, lost or delayed data transmission, or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction.
    5. Publicity. The winners of a prize may be asked to sign a release and have their picture taken consenting to use of the winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the winners of a prize agree to have his/her name, voice, picture, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes winners may be asked to sign a release stating the same.
  6. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. WoW Work Out World will notify the winners by phone and/or by electronic transmission within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the prize drawing. Winners will be required to acknowledge receipt of the prize. If a winner does not respond to WoW Work Out World within Forty-Eight (48) hours from the date of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new Prize Winner will be selected. Winners may also be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release.
